Looking for a versatile and powerful electric bike? Check out the Veelfella HORSER! This bike is perfect for road, mountain, and beach riding, and features a BAFANG motor with 500 watts of power. The lithium battery provides plenty of juice to get you up to 28 miles per hour, and the bike has a range of 60-80 miles on a single charge.   • The front forks will bottom out (spring suspension not air spring ), the cargo rack is not very good, the cables are interior but that also comes with a cost, the front lamp cord wasn’t long enough from the factory, the brakes are not very good
  • Some issues with shipping and arrival / condition of product.
  • The bike arrived two days later than expected and is quite heavy.
  • The derailleur was out of alignment and the front wheel spokes were impaled by the crank arm. These issues made the bike difficult to assemble. Additionally, the battery only shows 80% charge even when it is fully charged.
  • The bike is a bit expensive.
  • This ebike is terrible and the manufacturer and seller are difficult to work with. The first ebike I ordered came in late with a bent front wheel and spokes, a cut brake cable, scratches and dents all around the bike from the battery being loose in packaging, and the battery life reads 80% when full charge. The second bike they sent me was in even worse condition than the first one, with a completely bent derailleur and frame. The wires on the motor were frayed and the motor was installed upside down. There are also LCD screen issues with this bike, reading 80% on a full charge. The seller asked me to take both bikes to a local bike shop and they would pay for parts and labor. I took both bikes to the shop and they did what they could for $270 but both bikes are still unusable because of the bent frame, wheels, and motor wires. The seller will not accept my return or pay back the money I spent at the bike shop.
